NOW HIRING - CNC Machinist/Programmer -
Prototype machinists have all the fun!
If you have the skills to program/run CNC machine tools and are looking for an opportunity to show what you can do, this may be just the position you have been looking for. We are a growing and dynamic prototype machine shop. We specialize in the tough parts and challenging materials. Our customers come to us because they know we deliver a quality product. To continue to meet a growing business need, we are looking to add a talented CNC Programmer/Machinist to our team.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate needs to be skilled, motivated and dependable; a creative problem solver – someone who can work independently and takes pride in their work. Our prototyping business requires 5+ years experience in CNC programming and machining complex parts, in all materials (metals and plastics). As a member of our machine shop team, you will own all aspects of a job, from CAD file management to fixture development, CNC programming, set-up and machine operations - culminating in measurement/inspection of the completed part. SurfCAM or MasterCAM experience is required, as well as proven experience with all typical machine shop support equipment. The ability to work swing shift is also a requirement.

NOW HIRING - PAINTER -
Are you someone with an excellent attention to detail and a commitment to see things through to the end to make sure everything is done right? Our painter’s get to test their skills matching colors, finding and implementing new paints and color applications all while working with some of the most innovating prototypes and parts available.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be someone with a high level of quality and commitment to finished products and equipment. It requires both knowledge and skills in site and part preparation before painting, surface quality requirements, knowledge of a variety of part types (metals & plastics), masking, working with different finishing materials/mediums to produce required surface finishes (smooth and textures) and scheduling work to meet deadlines. Painters are also required to monitor inventory levels for all products used in the paint shop and keep appropriate records. Maintenance of all related equipment and the paint shop itself are critical to ensure continued quality. Everything must be kept clean on a daily basis; floors, booth, filters, airbrushes and pots.
Painters must be well versed in the use of conventional spray guns, airbrush and pots, the difference between paint finishes, textures and drying times.
