Keypads and dome sheets with tactile feel and gaskets with complex geometry are easily prototyped. If carbon pucks are required on keypads, they are inserted into the mold before casting. Silicone ranging in durometer from 20 to 70 Shore A is injected under vacuum into the mold to create the parts.
